The main objective of this project was to improve the workplace solution for Diagnostics & Diabetes Care and integrate the Diagnostics LATAM Customer Call Center at the existing Bezares offices in a total remodeling area of 2,458 sqm in three floors of corporate offices within the México Pharma facilities.

The construction process was divided in three phases and began in April 2018. The final moving of the Diagnostics LATAM Customer Call Center team and the inauguration of the last floor were in December 2018.

This project provided innovative solutions, open spaces, casual areas and efficient meeting and focus rooms and we achieve a higher user satisfaction, as well as increase the collaboration, reduce group silos and a got a more ergonomic, safety and sustainable work environment.
